To help serve you better, please read through the following instructions for a successful order.
Getting started
A complete line of CD/DVD replication services is offered including pre-mastering, disc printing, printing for manuals and booklets, packaging and fulfillment. We have the resources to finish any order for high volume needs.
Our highly skilled sales team can help you through the process of getting your project to market.
Colour Thermal Printing
Paperwork: All required forms are provided by Global Ideas
  1. Terms and Conditions: New customers only
  2. Project Request Form: Your company¡¦s official purchase order is required at the start of an order. If one is not applicable or one is cannot be produced we will provide a Global Ideas ¡§Project Request Form¡¨.
  3. Intellectual Property Release (IPR) Form: This is to ensure your rights and it is the standard industry anti-piracy disclaimer.
  4. Credit Card Payment Authorization Form: Authorization to debit your credit card if applicable.

before the start of any order.
Submitting your work:
  1. Master: Submit your content master for duplication or replication. You may leave a copy with Global Ideas for future projects.
  2. Artwork Files: All artwork may be in PDF, Jpeg, Photoshop, or Illustrator format. Resolution for the artwork must be at least 300 dpi.
  3. Down payment: A minimum of 60% down payment is needed in order for any order to begin.

Invoice Number / Sales Receipt
Our sales representatives will provide an invoice / sales receipt number to help you keep track of your order. The invoice /sales receipt will identify all work being done with your project and allow for production control.
Excess
As with any production it is important to make additional units beyond the quantity ordered to compensate for units rejected in the process of quality control. It is seen as good business practice to invoice /sales receipt a small percentage of product coverage. Percent is dependant on the quantity of units ordered and any questions may be answered by our Sales Representatives.
Artwork and Proofs
All artwork submitted is considered to be ready-to-print with no changes needed. Files are checked before printing to verify that it meets our specifications. Customers are notified to review designs and make any modifications before signing our ¡¥Artwork Approval Agreement¡¦ form. The agreement is available on our website for download.
*Please note: There will be a design fee attached to projects if modifications are made after the proofs are done.
The day of Production
All necessary paper work and procedures must be completed before the day of production. Failure to cooperate will result in a delay of the order.
An estimated day and time will be given upon the order from our Sales Representative.
Timeline:
An estimated 7-10 business day time frame will be given after receiving the master and artwork approval. All deadlines depend on size and scopes of orders. Shipping days are not included in this timeline.
*Please note: We advise all customers not to schedule a release of a product before receiving it. Although rare, delays may happen during the timeline in which Global Ideas will not be held responsible for. Any delays will be notified immediately.
Completion:
Upon completion someone from Global Ideas will contact you.
There are three ways to pick your order:

   1.   Pick up from Global Ideas
   2.   Sending a courier to pick up the order from Global Ideas
   3.   
Having a courier ship your order to you.

*Please note: Any orders to be shipped out must have all the necessary information provided for our courier no later than 1 business day before your order is finished. Lack of cooperation will result in a delay of your shipment. All orders are to be paid in full upon the day of shipment.
